Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with its original tags. UK size exchanges are free. International returns are at your cost.

1. Email returns@tessioleisures.co.uk with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid Royal Mail label (UK) or instructions (international).
3. Drop the parcel at any Post Office — keep the receipt.
4. Refund lands in 5–7 working days after we receive it.

• Intimates and underwear (hygiene), unless the hygiene seal is intact.
• Items washed, worn, or with tags removed.
• Sale items marked "Final Sale".

We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order. Our 30-day policy extends that. Your statutory rights are not affected.
