Tessio Leisures ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-registered fashion studio based in London. We are the data controller for personal information collected through tessioleisures.co.uk and related channels. You can reach us at hello@tessioleisures.co.uk.

• Order details: name, delivery & billing address, email, phone number.
• Payment data: processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
• Account & marketing: email, marketing preferences, order history.
• Site analytics: device, browser, referring URL, pages viewed (cookie-based).

• To process and deliver your orders.
• To respond to support and customer-care queries.
• To send marketing emails (only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe any time).
• To improve the shop and prevent fraud.

We rely on contract for processing orders, legitimate interest for fraud prevention and site analytics, and consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies.

Only the partners we need to run the shop: Shopify (storefront & payments), Royal Mail / DHL (shipping), Klarna & Clearpay (BNPL, if you choose them), and Google Analytics (with your consent). We never sell your data.
